An exciting opportunitit is here to run your own cafe in Grand Union Community Hub!
Within the foyer, the Hub has set aside space for a small café with inside and outside seating set against a backdrop of the Grand Union Canal. London Development Trust is seeking an experienced café operator for the running of the Hub Café. The café will operate independently within the Hub opening times and provide food and drinks to those visiting or passing by the Hub. There is also opportunity to provide catering for events which take place at the Hub.
LDT is seeking proposals from a café operator which include rent on the café space as well as a profit share. Rent is inclusive of electricity and other costs.
